HILL International has been a highly visible participant in the European Management Consultant market for more than 35 years. In 1975 HILL International was founded in Vienna by Dr. Othmar Hill, a well-known business psychologist. The main high level service offered by HILL is personnel search and selection.
HILL Hungary established its first office in Budapest in 1989, which soon became an important market player in Hungary. The Budapest office was the tenth within the HILL network, but the first one in Central and Eastern Europe.
Beside the Budapest head office, there are 3 more branches in Pécs, Szombathely and Debrecen. This network together with the stable team (consultants are committed to HILL for at least 8 years) mean a unique strength on the Hungarian 'Executive search' market.
Apart from the core business - executive search - HILL Hungary has also been very successful in Organizational Development, Management consultancy, online cloud-based tests and 360 checks and training services.

- 1997 - ISO 9001. As the first personnel search and selection company, HILL is proving its commitment towards quality service. HILL was awarded with the ISO certification on July 19, 1997 by BSI.
- 1999 - An other great milestone in our development. A new department with the distinctive name of HILL Management was created a to deal with organization development and training. The traditional search and selection is continued by the other department: HILL Executive Search.
- 2003 - We proudly announced the first Treasure Hunter (Competence based interview technique) training by HILL
- 2012 onward - HILL Hungary's strong presence on the online HR support tools' market with cloud based 360 evaluations, online competence tests and the own Finefit Entry and Finefit Person ATS softwares.
